Work, Work, Work

Work has definitely been the theme for us this spring. We have built a retaining wall, spread decorative rock, put in a border, planted a garden, built drip tube system for the garden, built a sand box, and next on the list is a play fort for the boys. It has been quite a process and Clint has really been a good sport. Yard work is near the bottom of his list of things to do. But it has been so exciting for me. The back yard didn't even feel like part of our home until now. If Bronco will stop chewing and stepping on everything I'm trying to grow we will have grapes, raspberries, apples, and then all the typical garden veggies.

It was one of the hardest things to move from a house in Pocatello that I loved, while I was pregnant, and have to move in to a rental when we got here. I am officially to the point where I can look back and appreciate what I learned and feel gratitude that the Lord guided us here. We are in such a fun and nice neighborhood. There is a park right across the street and a little pond just a few blocks away-- perks for both the boys and the dog. We've met some wonderful people and have enjoyed being close to family again. Ethan and Camden periodically check to make sure we are really going to go to the same school next year.
